Find Your Enrollment Number
Locate your MSD Group enrollment number from your admission receipt. It is in format MSD-00001. You can also use your registered phone number.

Enter & Verify
Type your enrollment number in the search box above and click "Verify Now". The system will instantly fetch your details from our database.

Download Certificate
Once verified, click "Download Certificate" to open a printable certificate. Click Print / Save as PDF to save it on your device.
